My name is Beth Sheridan and I am a 30-year-old wife to my wonderful and supportive husband, Andy, and mother to our rambunctious 2-year-old son, Rylnn whom I love with all my heart.  Being a full-time working wife and mother is no easy task, but loving both my career and my family, I feel blessed beyond belief.

My Family

I have always been active and involved in sports, running, and participating in several 5K’s and even completing a half marathon.  I’ve grown up playing outside, exploring all kinds of things but at the same time I have also always struggled with health and nutrition.  I’ve never been extremely overweight but I love to eat all the wrong kinds of foods from anything fried, to cakes and cookies, and so on.  I always figured if I ran enough or worked out enough, I could basically eat just whatever I wanted…

I’m now seeing my precious 2-year-old developing my same love for sweets and fried foods and it’s opened my eyes to a new world of health and nutrition that I hope we can discover together as he grows up.  Slowly I’m learning that healthy does not always taste bad, working out can really be a lot of fun, and instilling physical activity and nutritional values in my impressionable baby now will benefit him and my family for the rest of our lives!
